Recess Revo Updates #1

Thank God that we have 17 schools and 1 campus being a part of Recess Revolution in the past 4 weeks! We are believing God for more open doors and God is definitely opening a lot of doors for us. It is not for our glory but it is for Him alone! We must always remember why are we doing this because God is not interested in what you are doing but He is interested in why you are doing it.

It's going to be a new week so keep going with the power of the Holy Spirit and impact your schools and campuses for Jesus. Share the love of God because love is the only solution if you want to see a revolution.
It's doesn't take talented people that can preach about the gospel or people that know everything in the Bible to share the love of God. God will use people that are willing instead of people that are able and He uses ordinary people to do great things for Him.

1 Corinthians 1:26-31

26Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. 27But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, 29so that no one may boast before him.

I'm sure everybody knows about the story of Jesus feeding 5000 people with five loaves of bread and two fishes. It wasn't Philip nor Andrew who provided the five loaves of bread and two fishes but it was the boy who was nameless. The boy gave up his lunch and surrender to Jesus rather than to have it his own way. In the end, Jesus used what the boy had and fed everybody.
We have to have the mentality like that boy who gave up his lunch. The boy was just an ordinary person and Jesus use what the boy gave up for God's glory. He can make the ordinary EXTRAordinary! We just need to be willing to do things and God will use you for His plans. We can make an impact in our schools and campuses if we are willing to trust God and see Him work.

Remember, we are all special in the eyes of God and He don't differentiate us for our skills, talents and positions. If we are willing, He is willing. So trust God and depend not on your own wisdom but on the power of the Holy Spirit for guidance as you are doing Recess Revolution. Keep up with what you are all doing and continue to be the revolution!
